PsiKick Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.), a startup formed to work on sub-threshold voltage operation wireless circuits, has appointed Philip Carmack, as CEO taking over from founding CEO Brendan Richardson.

Carmack has joined the PsiKick board of directors and Richardson moved to vice president of business development.

The company was originally headquartered in Charlottesburg, Virginia but has relocated that function to Santa Clara, Calif.
