Single function calibrators claim highest accuracy

Yokogawa Meters & Instruments Corporation is releasing three models of the CA300 series single function calibrators.

The instrument's accuracy claims to be the best in the class of handy type calibrators, which are for calibration and inspection of control devices such as differential pressure/pressure transmitters, signal transducers, control devices, temperature transmitters,  temperature sensors which are used for industrial machinery, manufacturing devices in process plants and of other types of industries.

The CA300 series are the continued model of voltage calibrator CA11E and temperature calibrator CA12E.  The low cost CA300 series achieves the highest source/measurement accuracy compared to other instruments in the same class concerning functionality and performance.

The CA310 is a dedicated process calibrator which is capable in performing a control loop check and inspection of devices. The instrument has three times higher accuracy of ±0.015% rdg to source and measure mA and voltage. The instrument can be used under HART or BRAIN communication with 250 ohm resistance embedded.
 
The CA320 is a dedicated process calibrator which is capable in performing inspections and calibrations of thermocouples. The instrument is three times more accurate than the present CA12E with a high accuracy of ±0.5 ohm error which is top class as a handy type to source thermocouple output and measure output of sensors. It not only corresponds to JIS standard and IEC standard thermocouples, but corresponds to ASTM standard and GOST-R standard too. The instrument corresponds to inspection and calibration with the summary of 16 types of thermocouples following the standards.

The CA330 is a dedicated process calibrator which is capable of performing inspections and calibrations of RTDs. It is two times accurate than the present CA12E with a high accuracy of  ±0.3 ohm error which is top class as a handy type to source resistance output and measure output of sensors. It not only corresponds to JIS standard and IEC standard thermocouples, but corresponds to GOST-R standard also.
