The TQP9421 internally matched small cell PA offers 27 dBm of linear power (-50 dBc ACLR) with 30 dB of gain. Drawing 450 mA from a 4.5-V supply, the amplifier lends itself towards distributed amplifier systems (DAS), small cell infrastructure and repeaters.
Packaged in a 14-pin, 7- x 7-mm DFN with a large backside paddle to aid in heat dissipation, the TQP9421 is capable of 35.5 dBm P1dB from 2.11 to 2.17 GHz.
