Requiring no additional matching components, the Qorvo TGA4537-SM serves point-to-point radio and Ka-band satellite applications with 18 dB of gain. The TGA4537-SM draws 1100 mA from a 6 V supply with a Psat of 31 dBm. This amplifier is available in a 5- x 5-mm plastic QFN package.
