Based on glass passivated chip technology, the GPP100MS offers a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C. The device features low thermal resistance, low forward voltage drop of 0.80 V at 10 A and 125°C, and high forward surge capability of 440 A.
Suitable for polarity protection applications in solar panel blocking boxes, the P600 package features solder bath temperatures of 275°C maximum, 10 s, per JESD 22-B106. The GPP100MS is compliant to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
Samples and production quantities of the new rectifier are available now, with lead times of four weeks for larger orders.
