12-in. fanless panel PC for “green” automation installations
The D2250 CPU provides four times the graphics performance and a 40% improvement on processing power compared to previous models with energy-saving functions such as an auto-dimmable LED backlight. The sensitivity of the light sensor to dim or brighten the screen can be adjusted through either the BIOS or the dedicated software application and therefore not only helps to reduce power consumption but it also delivers a better usability for the operator under difficult lighting conditions. Built-in power management circuitry which complies with ErP Lot 6 and ensures that in standby the power consumption is less than 1W.
The PPC-3120 is equipped with an IP65 compliant front panel with LED indicators. Further it offers dual GbE LAN for redundancy, four USB 2.0 ports and four serial ports. COM1/COM2 ports are equipped with through BIOS selectable power output for peripherals such as barcode scanners. With a wide range of DC power input support, the PPC-3120 will work stably between 12-30V DC, being compliant with the EMC immunity, emission standards – EN55011, 61000-6-2 and 61000-6-4 – for industrial environments.
Expansion capacities such as MiniPCIe, 1x PCI or optional 1x PCIe makes the PPC-3120 suitable for various industrial applications where additional expansion such as communication modules or additional I/O cards are required.
