Crystek’s CVCO55FLM VCOs contain an extra modulation port (TX modulation), making the family an ideal choice for transmitter applications. The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -25 KHz/V.
The model CVCO55FLM-0137-0171 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-inch x 0.5-inch SMD package. Output power is typically 0 dBm, and input voltage is 5 V, with a max. current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
