The 6A to16A K12T series can supply a large high speed transient response current for high speed chips such as FPGAs, DSPs or ASICs. With a -40 to +85℃ ambient temperature operating range, the devices offer excellent temperature derating up to 60℃ (K12T-6A), 70℃ (K12T-10A) or 40℃ (K12T-16A). A 20us typical transient recovery time and large capacitive load can ensure the high-speed transient response and fast start-up. Standby power consumption is as low as 0.18W, while efficiency at full load is up to 96% (efficiency at light load is up to 89%).
