The fully encapsulated 0.6×0.3×0.25mm chip delivers optimal transient protection for NFC resonator and radio frequency (RF) interfaces, with a low, typical dynamic resistance (0.16 Ohms), which minimizes harmonic distortion, as well as best in class, low ESD peak clamping voltage to prevent punch through failures during an ESD event.
