The high-performance PCI Express switch on the backplane, collaborating with the ROBO-8113VG2AR SBC., enable the RS4U-MTRX-1101 to provide full PCIe x16 to all ten extension slots. The ROBO-8113VG2AR family of PICMG 1.3 SBCs offers a choice of the latest 7th and 6th Generation Intel Core i7, i5 and i3 processors or the Intel Xeon Processor E3-1200 v5 family. The Intel Xeon processors include Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 and Intel Hyper-Threading Technology to deliver improved performance and processing efficiency. With huge video wall installations up to 40 displays in mind, the card was designed for high computing performance with huge data throughput and combined high-reliability.
