The 50S-2133 SMA from JFW is a self-terminating, commercial 1P8T RF switch that operates over 20-5000 MHz and provides an economical alternative to MIL-rated solid-state switches. Further, the solid-state design of the 50S-2133 SMA delivers the reliability and repeatability that automated RF testing requires.
The commercial 1P8T RF switch is rated for +20 dBm RF input power from 20 to 100 MHz and +30 dBm input power over 100 to 5000 MHz. This RF switch is absorptive type (i.e. self-terminating). The unused ports will self-terminate at 50 Ohm impedance. The 1P8T RF switch has four BCD control lines. Each control line is activated with TTL signal levels. Switchingvspeed is 15μs.
