The Qorvo RFFM4227 offers noise figures as low as 1.3 dB for 802.11 applications from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. Featuring an integrated bypass mode, active gain is 1 5dB and bypass loss is 6 dB.
The LNA draws 15mA from a 3.3V supply and reduces system filtering requirements with an integrated 5 GHz rejection for DBDC operation. The 6-pin, 1.6- x 1.6-mm package minimizes board space requirements in wireless routers and CPEs.
