The devices feature rail-to-rail output with high current, integrated LED driver, active Miller clamp, high DESAT blanking current source, and Under Voltage Lock-Out (ULVO) feedback control circuit, providing a complete cost-effective gate drive solution for motor control and power inverter applications.
The chips come with a wide creepage and clearance of 8.3 mm meeting stringent system level safety regulation. They have 50kV/µs typical high CMR preventing erroneous drive in noisy environment.
