2 channel high-speed op amp with EMC mitigation

BD77502FVM is designed for use in noisier environments. They are also easier to include in PCB designs that may have oscillation due to capacitive loads.

To mitigate noise issues that can be a common drawback for conventional op amps, ROHM developed the EMARMOUR series which feature superior noise tolerance. The first member of the EMARMOUR family was the BD77501G single-channel, high-speed CMOS op amp that used Nano Cap technology to stop the oscillation caused by load capacitance. The product was well-received, and Rohm developed the latest 2 channel version.

The newest BD77502FVM integrates two op amp devices that prevent oscillation while providing high-speed amplification with slew rates up to 10V/µs and breakthrough immunity to EMI. The output voltage across the entire noise frequency band is limited to under ±20mV, which is 10 times lower than a conventional op amp. High-speed signal amplification can now be achieved without being affected by external noise or load capacitance when is integrated in systems that provide small signal outputs, such as sensors. This, in turn, improves reliability and simplifies circuit designs.
