2500 MHz VCO offers high linearity, low phase noise

The model CVCO33CC-2500-2500 VCO features a typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is 5 dBm minimum.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 7.6- x 7.6-mm (0.3- x 0.3-inch) SMD package. Input voltage is 3.3 V, with a typical current consumption of 20 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 5 MHz pk-pk and 1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
The CVCO33CC-2500-2500 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
