The ML760B54 comes in 1270±10nm and 1310±10nm wavelengths and is rated for operation in the – 40 to + 95°C temperature range. The device leverages the improved bandwidth of a φ5.6mm TO-CAN package to reduces power consumption within mobile networks. Mitsubishi Electric claims the new unit can cut the power consumption of thermo-electric coolers by 40 percent compared to the current FU-411REA model. Optical output power is more than +10dBm (typical value) with an extinction ratio more than 6dB (typical value).
