Extending the LQP series line-up of compact high frequency inductors that previously were available from 0.6 to 120 nH, the LQP03TN-02 series now adds inductance values from 150 to 270nH. Specifically targeting high frequency circuits in smart phones, cellular phones and other small portable wireless devices, the chips’ inductance deviation is within +/- 5%. The inductors have a high Q factor of 5.
