The new Serial Interface NAND devices are compatible with SPI, which allows them to be utilised as SLC NAND flash memory with a low pin count, small package and large capacity.
The new NAND products have a 133 MHz operating frequency and program x4 mode. An 8 gigabit (1 gigabyte) product has also been added to the line-up to provide larger memory capacity. The entire line-up is offered in an 8-pin WSON measuring only 6 x 8 mm.
