Manufactured within a vacuum sealed ceramic enclosure, the lightweight, miniature, ultra-thin crystals are suitable for basic timing applications. Available from stock and supplied on tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel, they feature an excellent tolerance (±20ppm at +25ºC) and operate in the extended -40 to +85º temperature range. Other characteristics include a temperature coefficient of -0.04ppm/ºC2, ±3ppm of ageing typical per year, and a Q factor of 30,000 typical. Insulation resistance is 500MOhm minimum at 100Vdc.
