4 to 10GHz driver amplifier delivers 20dB of gain
Well suited for complex communications systems where small size and high linearity are needed, the device operates from 4 to 10GHz and delivers 20dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of greater than +21dBm. It is a 50 ohm matched design, which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
The CMD191C4 is biased with a single 5.0 V positive drain supply. RF power can be applied at any time. Suitable applications include WiLAN, C and X Band communications systems, and military end-use.
