The high voltage LED chip is aimed at general lighting applications like track lights or high bay lighting applications. The blue LED chips LA SB140VP1 and LA SB140VP2 operate from 12 and 24V, respectively. Both 140 mil chips come in 3.5×3.5mm² package.
