The device is available from 15 to 175MHz, with an adjustment tolerance from ±3ppm and a temperature tolerance of ±3ppm. The units may be filled with dry nitrogen or vacuum brazed; gold plated electrodes give excellent long term ageing. Lead options include straight leads and pre-formed leads for SMD requirements. These units may be manufactured with AT cut, SC cut and IT cut quartz.
Typical uses include miniature RF applications and, with a weight of only 0.17 grams, channel crystals for wildlife tracking were it is already a popular choice for fish tags and avian monitoring transceivers.
