This advanced FEM supports simultaneous Wi-Fi and licensed assisted access (LAA) protocols for high speed data throughput in the 5 GHz WLAN and LAA spectrum. The SKY55501-11 is highly integrated and includes a low-noise amplifier, low-loss bypass path, power splitter, and single-pole, double-throw transmit and receive switch.
The device is provided in a compact, 20-pin 1.7- x 2.1-mm package. Typical applications include Wi-Fi-enabled handsets, tablets, and mobile/portable systems.
