Housed in a leadless 3 x 3 mm plastic surface mount package, the CMD132P3 delivers greater than 22 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +11 dBm and a noise figure of 1.2 dB. The amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The amplifier is an ideal alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
