The ISL28134 is a design choice for amplifying small signals in analog front ends that interface to pressure, temperature, medical, strain gage and inertial sensors. The device is also ideal for low noise instrumentation systems by providing amplification before 24-bit delta sigma ADCs.
Features and specifications
- Noise voltage from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz is only 0.25 microVpp
- Ultra-low offset voltage of 2.5 microV max and drift of 15 nV/degree C maximum
- Operating current consumption of only 675 microA
- Rail-to-rail input/output capability maximizes signal levels
- CMRR of 135 dB minimizes errors in differential input configurations
The ISL28134 is available now in an 8-pin SOIC package, with prices starting at $0.91 each in 1,000-unit quantities.
