The TGF2965-SM offers 5-W of output power from 30 to 3000 MHz. The device can be tuned for either power or efficiency and performance of both is exceptional. Typical PAE at 2 GHz is 63%. Linear gain is measured at 18 dB.
Operating from a 32 V supply, this transistor is capable of both CW and pulsed performance making it applicable to LMR, mobile radio, Military and civilian radar, instrumentation and jammers. The TGF2965-SM is available in a 3- x 3-mm plastic QFN package.
