The amplifier is protected from high, low, and reverse DC bias, thermal overload, and high output VSWR. The TA1025 draws 0.8 A (100% duty cycle), measures only 9.53- x 4.83- x 1.27-cm (3.75 x 1.9 x 0.5 inches) and weighs less than 454 grams (16 oz).
