The USB wall plug adapter is compliant with North American input voltages and has a Level V efficiency compliant output of 5VDC and 1A, which is suitable for small devices with touch screens, including smartphones, tablets, e-readers, GPS and media players. The adapter is also available in EU, UK, and AU/Nz versions. The 5W USB charger is equipped with over-voltage protection, over-current protection and short-circuit protection. It has a no-load power draw of less than 0.03W. In addition to Level V efficiency compliance, the wall plug also features a 5-Star standby power rating, as well as safety approvals from UL and cUL.
