650V PFC module features three-phase power factor correction

The 650V, 50A flow3xANPFC 1 PFC module uses a unique topology for three-phase applications that provides up to 10 kW. They come with the latest IGBT4 technology and either ultra-fast Si diodes for cost and efficiency benefits or SiC diodes for higher switching frequencies. Integrated NTCs monitor the temperature; built-in snubbing capacitors reduce EMI and mitigate voltage over-shoot.
The flow3xANPFC 1 PFC module ships in a low-inductive flow 1 housing that is 12mm high. Press-fit pins and phase-change material make assembly easier, with the latter also improving thermal performance. Both are available upon request.
