The switches offer very low insertion loss and high power handling capability. The switches are fully integrated and internally matched, reducing bill of material costs. They are available in 1 x 1 x 0.45 and 2 x 2 x 0.55 mm packages. These devices can also be used for terrestrial and cable set-top box, cable modem and home gateway, personal video recorder (PVR) and digital video recorder (DVR) applications.
