The RF power LDMOS transistor is the latest device released under Freescale’s rapidly expanding portfolio of Airfast RF power products. The AFT05MP075 is designed for mobile two-way radio applications with frequencies from 136 to 520 MHz. The high gain, ruggedness and wideband performance of the device makes it ideal for large-signal, common source amplifier applications in mobile radio equipment. The AFT05MP075 is available in gull wing (AFT05MP075GNR1) and straight lead (AFT05MP075NR1) packages.
Key features include >65:1 VSWR, 70 W output power, 18.5 dB gain, >70% efficiency as well as integrated ESD protection and integrated stability enhancements.
