BroadWave Technologies has developed an electromechanical 75 Ω programmable attenuator with an external TTL control board and BNC female connectors. Model 674-041-063 offers a dynamic range of 63 dB in 1 dB steps over a frequency range of DC to 1000 MHz.
Features include attenuation accuracy of ±0.5 dB or 2% of programmed value, maximum VSWR of 1.50:1 and 3.0 dB insertion loss. The switching speed is 10 milliseconds and TTL control is via a 10-pin connector with a latch. Other impedance and connector options are also available.
