750W 60kV supply for semiconductor and e-beam processing
XP Power has launched a range of 1U high voltage power supplies for semiconductor and electron beam applications.
The FT series addresses challenges engineers face with limited high voltage integration experience and compressed project timelines. Housed in a compact 19” rack 1U package the new devices halve the height of many solutions already on the market.
The models have output voltages up to 60kV at 750W in both positive and negative polarities, programmable from 0 to 100%. Lower output voltage ripple makes the product suitable for higher performance high voltage applications.
A variety of included control interfaces such as local, analogue, and RS232/USB digital ease the process of integration with almost all systems. Ethernet is also available as an easy-to-specify option.
All FT units are air cooled which allows the units to run cooler than competing units that are potted – thereby keeping component temperatures down and increasing life expectancy. In the event that maintenance is required, air cooled power supplies can be repaired at the discrete component level, saving cost and eliminating waste.
All FT series units are CE marked for EMC and the low voltage directive (LVD) as well as meeting RoHS requirements and key safety standards such as EN61010/IEC61010. A three year warranty is offered as standard, giving confidence in the robust nature of these compact and versatile power solutions.
