8-in-1 bench test solution with 8 simultaneous channels
The Infiniium MXR-Series mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO) is built around state-of-the-art ASIC-driven processing giving 8 instruments in one. The instruments include a real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA), oscilloscope, digital voltmeter (DVM), waveform generator, Bode plotter, counter, protocol analyzer, and logic analyzer. The MSO comes with a suite of software solutions that are targetted at power integrity, high-speed digital test, and verification. The device also has built-in software that includes a fault hunter function that speeds root cause identification and resolution of rare or randomly occurring errors.
The Keysight Infiniium also offers remote collaboration through the PathWave Infiniium Offline Analysis software. The software allows extensive analysis and data manipulation after bench measurements are complete.
