AEC-Q200 compliant inductors for in-car PoC applications
The LQW21FT_0H series complies with the AEC-Q200 standard for passive components and features a combination of wideband impedance and high current carrying capacity. Due to the application of special technologies in the field of ceramic material and coil structure, the vendor can offer the components in a rather unrivalled space-saving format: The coil format is in size 0805 with dimensions of 2 mm x 1.2 mm x 1.6 mm.
In addition to their increased broadband impedance values, these inductors are characterised by particularly good saturation properties. Impedance values of 0.47 µH to 2 µH can be specified in conjunction with permissible currents of 1 A or 0.45 A. The maximum permissible operating temperature of 125°C makes them ideal for use in the automotive sector.
