Agilent signs license with Qualcomm for factory test technology

The deal sees Qualcomm grant Agilent a worldwide license to demonstrate and distribute products that leverage the Qualcomm technology for RF factory testing.
The Agilent’s EXT wireless communications test set together with the company’s N7300A-Series chipset automation platform will provide Qualcomm customers with manufacturing test solutions earlier in the product and manufacturing cycle.
