Allure Energy plans to unveil innovative home environment and energy management platform
The EverSense 2.0 will be demonstrated at CES Unveiled in Las Vegas, USA on January 6, 2013.
EverSense 2.0 works with an iPhone or Android app called EverSense Mobile that senses how far users are from their home and adjusts the home’s environment accordingly. As consumers leave in the morning, EverSense 2.0 automatically adjusts the temperature and other devices as they become available, so consumers do not waste energy while they are away. Likewise, it senses when consumers are on their way back home, returning their homes to the ideal environment.
EverSense 2.0 eliminates the need for consumers to pay a monthly fee or experience long delays in adjusting temperature to their comfort level. Consumers will be able to have their home environment managed automatically, while saving on energy costs.
EverSense 2.0 has clear advantages compared to traditional thermostats or home automation systems.
"How can a programmable or learning thermostat know my exact schedule in advance? I can’t even determine my own schedule in advance because we live in a busy, fast-paced world. My schedule from yesterday, last week or last month often has nothing to do with my current schedule," said Jim Mills, Vice President of Business Development for Allure Energy. "That is why we created proximity control to instantly adapt to your ever changing schedule."
