The CMD132P3 comes in a RoHS-compliant 3 x 3 mm QFN plastic surface mount package, and it operates from a single +3.6 V supply voltage at 30 mA. Designed for microwave radios and C- and X-band applications where small size and low power consumption are needed, the CMD132P3 is also suitable for point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, military and space applications, and test instrumentation.
The 50 ohm matched chip design does not require any external components aside from the usual bypass capacitors.
