Analog Devices completes acquisition of Maxim Integrated

Analog Devices has completed the acquisition of Maxim Integrated Products following the recent approval of the deal by the Chinese authorities.

The combined company has revenue of $9 billion a year and genrtes $3bn of free cash flow.
