The latest range is available in two options: TCXO and VCTCXO both with a frequency range of 10 to 40 MHz with a clipped sinewave output and a maximum power consumption of 2 mA. The device has a supply voltage range of 2.4 V to 3.7 V and the VCTCXO has a pullablity of between ±6ppm to ±50ppm.

To ensure a smooth frequency slope, the analogue ASIC based IQXT-274 is tested using one frequency reading every 2 °C over the full operating temperature range. This combined with a high order compensation circuit delivers a frequency stability as tight as ±0.5ppm over -40 to +85 °C.

Typical applications include Bluetooth, GPS/GNSS, portable navigation devices, Wi-Fi, WiMax and WLAN.
