Automotive Qualified Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC Family now available
The family has been AEC-100 qualified with full ISO 26262 ASIL-C level certification by Exida. The devices have a 64-bit quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 and dual-core ARM Cortex-R5 cores on-chip with the Xilinx programmable logic UltraScale architecture.
A “safety island” has been integrated into the IC for the real-time processing of ISO 26262 ASIL-C level certified applications. The programmable logic can also be used to create additional safety circuits for individual applications, allowing ASIL decomposition and fault-tolerant architecture designs within a single integrated circuit.
