Avnet Embedded brings LG Display 12.1” TFT to a broader market
The unit features a product availability lifetime of a minimum of three years, a high brightness long life LED backlight, built-in LED backlight driver and LVDS interface.
The 800×600 (SVGA) TFT LCD panel uses a-Si thin film transistor as the active element and employs an integral LED backlight system to achieve a typical brightness of 450cd/m2 and an excellent contrast ratio of 600:1. The display will operate in portrait or landscape mode. Capable of displaying up to 16.7M colours, the display has an active area of 246×184.5mm and overall dimensions of 276x209x9mm.
With a built-in LED driver, the LED backlight supports a wide range dimming control using Pulse Width Modulation and has a half brightness lifetime of 50K hours. This display is suitable for equipment in various markets including industrial, medical, and marine. With Avnet Embedded’s unique abilities, this product can be supplied fully bonded with a touch screen of your choice ranging from resistive, surface acoustic wave or projected capacitive; including a custom printed, glass back cover with your logo of choice.
