Combining GMR technology with transmission algorithms and packaging, the ATS19580 offers the widest dynamic range of operating air gap (50% larger), an industry-leading vibration immunity and EMC protection, the vendor claims.

The monolithic integration of the company’s proprietary GMR technology with digital processing are the basis for unprecetended performance: It allows formerly unachievable airgaps along with excellent vibration performance.

Monolithic integration also allows for ease of design-in with IC, magnet, and protection components in a single, overmolded package.

The device complements the company’s recently released ATS19420 and ATS19520 fully-integrated, Hall-effect transmission speed sensors, as well as its family of front-biased Hall-effect and GMR products for magnetic target sensing.
