The devices operate at very high speed and has low resistance for superior protection against faults caused by short circuits, induction and lightning surges.
Generally used in conjunction with low capacitance TVS devices, a Bourns TCS DL device forms an extremely low let-through energy barrier to excessive voltages and currents during surge events which can cause damage to unprotected high-speed, low voltage driver and receiver components. The TCS DL Series is available in a small SMT package and is RoHS compliant.
