Broadband SP4T switch designed for low-power receive diversity switching applications
The RF1604D features low insertion loss of 0.4 dB at 1 GHz and is optimized for diversity routing with 1.3 V GPIO control voltage compatibility. Additionally, it includes integrated decoding logic, allowing just two control lines needed for switch control. The switch is packaged in a compact 2.5-mm x 2.5-mm x 0.6-mm, 12-pin, leadless QFN package. No DC-blocking capacitors are required on RF paths unless DC is applied externally to the device ports.
The switch features 2 kV HBM ESD protection on all ports, low frequency to >2.7 GHz operation and high isolation of 40 dB at 1 GHz. The device is compatible with low voltage logic (VHIGH minimum = 1.3 V)
Typical applications include multi-mode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA, and LTE, cellular infrastructure and receive diversity switching.
