These capacitors are 100% RoHS and parts exhibit low ESR/ESL, low noise, high self-resonance as well as ultra-stable performance over temperature.
The 0402N series cover values from 0.1 pF through to 33 pF, with working VDC ratings of 50 V, or 250 V. The capacitors feature a minimum Q of 2000 at 1 MHz and a TC of 0 ±30ppm over -55°C to +175°C). Engineering design kits available.
