Cat6 RJ45 interface switching in 1U height
The Model 7329 combined with this power module create an ideal switching solution for worldwide applications. This unit eliminates the need to plug and unplug cables by allowing quick connection to any one of eight RJ45 interface devices from one common device. The Model 7329 features 8 front panel pushbuttons to individually control switch position. Via ASCII RS232 Serial Data Remote Commands the user can remotely lockout front panel pushbuttons and control and monitor the switch position. The unit switches all eight pins of the RJ45 interface making the switch applicable to switching any RJ45 interfaced device. The Model 7329 is transparent to data speed and format. This reliable switch retains its last switch position in the event of a power loss and continues to pass data. An attractive anodized black box packaging provides EMI/RFI shielding.
