Details of the sale, for which negotiations began in December 2019, were not disclosed.
Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. (JCET) is ranked as the world’s third-largest IC assembly and test services company since its acquisition of STATS ChipPAC in 2015.
“ADI and JCET’s subsidiary STATS ChipPAC have been working very closely together in Singapore for over more than 20 years,” said Lid Jian Chiou, managing director of JCET’s Singapore subsidiary. “We will continue to leverage on this strong partnership, to further expand our semiconductor footprint in Singapore,” he added.
