Both devices operate at frequencies from 32KHz up to 100MHz, from either 2.5, 3.3 or 5.0V. The oscillators are built in a surface mount ceramic package with an AT-cut crystal in fundamental mode, designed with Micro Crystal’s photolithographic process. The units feature low aging, high shock and vibration resistance, an ultra-low MSL level and are available with operating temperature ranges of -55 to +175°C (option D) and -55 to +210°C (option G). Frequency shift ∆F/F is below ±300ppm for the D option (below ±400ppm for the G option).
