Codasip, Baysand bring RISC-V processor IP to market
Codasip claims the Codix-Bk processor cores are the first commercially available cores that are RISC-V compliant. In general Codasip has a model-based approach to support application-specific processor and verification and compilation. Codix-Bk cores can be customized and optimized to deliver performance improvements.
BaySand’s UltraShuttle multi project wafers (MPW), as well as their MetalCopy FPGA porting technology, offer the opportunity to bring designs to market in less than 8 weeks from tape out.
RISC-V is an open, processor instruction set architecture (ISA) standard supported by the RISC-V foundation (riscv.org) and a set of founding companies including Codasip.
